Seeds of Destruction maps are now available. You should be able to upload and download maps for the new expansion at this time.
There was a bug in our zip script that we found and squashed last night. As a result, the map packs should no longer give the file not found error and should be complete. Please let me know if you experience any issues uploading or downloading maps.

All non-instanced zones have had their mobs added to the database. When you view a map via the website, mob data will be displayed on its own layer. Click the mobs check box to turn the displaying of mob data on and off.
No, the mob data is not available for download at this time.
